PeopleService After Hours 888-861-1921
By Order of the Russellville Board of Aldermen, until further notice City Hall will be closed to public access and utility disconnections and late fees will be suspended in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns. Meters will be read and utility bills will be mailed out as usual. You may call 573-782-3511 to pay your utility bill by credit card, use our front door drop box, by mail, or at Community Point Bank through their drive-thru window. Please call for an appointment for new utility service connections, business licenses, or other matters that can't be handled over the phone. Please be assured that the city's water and wastewater systems are in full operation. PeopleService has taken steps to ensure the safety of their staff, that operations continue, and our systems stay in compliance to protect the public health and environment. The Shelter House at City Park is also closed and not available for rental until further notice. The CDC recommends that regular hand washing, proper cleaning of surfaces, and adhering to "social distancing" are important methods of defense against this dangerous virus. Thank you to everyone for your understanding and patience during this difficult time. Stay well, check on your neighbors, the elderly who may need food, medicine, supplies or just a friendly hello. Support your local businesses who are remaining open to meet your daily needs - convenience stores, markets and groceries and restaurants (pickup and/or delivery options). Please call if you are in need of assistance.

CITY PARK GAZEBO Mayor Sharon Morgan and the Board of Aldermen extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Bob Scruggs and Scruggs Lumber for their generous donation of metal roofing materials for the replacement of the City Park Gazebo roof. We also thank James McCoy, PeopleService, for his work to repair damaged railings to remove safety hazards. This is a very special structure for the Jungmeyer family and the City. These improvements will ensure it remains a focal point of City Park for years to come. Your generosity is much appreciated! Visit City Park and see how beautiful our Gazebo looks!
