Rural Development (RD) will be announcing Wastewater funding to the City of Russellville. The low interest loan and grant funds committed by RD will be used to construct the city's new wastewater treatment plant. We hope you will join us on this special day.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to City Hall.

The municipal election was held Tuesday, April 4, 2017. The City received certification of the election results from the Cole County Clerk Monday, April 10, 2017, allowing the new Aldermen to be sworn into office. Tina Amick, representing the East Ward, was sworn in by the Clerk Tuesday, April 11th, and West Ward Alderman Jarad Roark was sworn in Wednesday, April 12th.
Tina and Jarad were welcomed to the Board of Aldermen by Mayor Sharon Morgan at the April 20th City Council Meeting.
